Yoga is not only about flexibility. It’s about experiencing and breathing deeply in the pose that you are able to do each day. With a consistent yoga practice, in time, you will feel a shift in your flexibility edges. Yoga is about making more space in your body, one step at a time.
This video is appropriate for all levels, even brand new beginners. We advise that you watch the entire video once before attempting (maybe attempting isn’t the right word here) to do the poses to help you get comfortable with the language and sequencing.
